SIZING
When it comes to life jackets, fit is everything. You want your life jacket to fit tightly, but not so much that it's uncomfortable or restrictive. Keep in mind that neoprene, the material used in many life jackets, will stretch significantly when it gets wet, so it's important to choose a snug fit initially.
To ensure a proper fit, make sure the life jacket sits snugly on your chest and belly, without any noticeable gaps or looseness. When dry, the vest should feel tight i.e., the flaps of the vest should slightly stretch to get the zipper to engage. You should also have enough room under your armpits to move freely and comfortably, without any rubbing or chafing.
ONDO FIT
The ONDO Comp Vest is tailored for a somewhat athletic male body type, but we acknowledge that riders come in all shapes and sizes. When it comes to life jackets, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. We offer a range of sizes from Small to XX-Large to cater to different body sizes within this general frame. While the vest is designed with a male cut, we have received positive feedback from some female riders who prefer the streamlined fit.
